I'm a German girl from Pennsylvania, so I know NOTHING about Italian cookies. However, my husband is an Italian from New York and I've been hearing about "Rainbow Cookies" since the day I met him! We live in Maryland and not a single bakery around here even knows what we're talking about when we ask. I discovered the Cookie Outlet Rainbow cookies online and my hubby swears they are just like he remembers them! Giving him a little bit of home has been a wonderful treat for all of us. And for the record, Pennsylvania German's also LOVE Cookie Outlet Rainbow Cookies!
