The EAP or Employee Appreciation Program was created with the employee/colleague in mind. Nowadays in most companies people are looked at as movable parts that are replaceable, more than as an individual. With this program we make the employee feel more like they are part of a family rather than just any employee. Employee loyalty has decreased greatly over the past decade. Workers typically change employers every 4.6 years which is way down from what it was. Employees don’t feel the need to be loyal anymore to the employer which makes turnover a major problem for companies. Our program is created to make the employee feel like family and to increase their loyalty and productivity for the company they work for.
